Hose Safety Services
Hose assemblies should be inspected, tested and tracked for plant safety on a regular basis. Thunder Technologies offers these services, and/or, we can train your operators how to do it.
Hose Assembly tagging and marking. We can put a label, tag or mark your hose assembly with your specifications, such as the location the hose is used; Date the hose assembly is put in service; What media runs through the hose, etc.
Hose assembly tracking from cradle to grave. We can track when your hose assembly is put into service; when it is – inspected; when the hose assembly is replaced when the hose assembly is replaced.
Protective Hose Covering, including spring guards, color coding covering, abrasion resistant covers and fire sleeves

On-Site Services
On-site Hose assembly inspection survey Thunder Technologies’ technician will inspect your hose assemblies for wear and failure, and make recommendations
On-site Hose Assembly Certification Testing Thunder Technologies’ technician will come on-site to test and certify your hose assemblies. Any failures will be tagged for replacement.
Training Seminar – Thunder can conduct an on-site Hose Safety Seminar at your facility.
